The Boning Knife was designed to help you work through the meat. With a narrow pointed blade it can help finish off those sub-primal cuts., break down a chicken or carve up a pineapple. This boning knife is of a stiff construction. Sandvik 14C28N stainless steel was chosen for the “toothy” cut it provides, and ease of sharpening. G10 laminate for the handle was selected for it’s resistance to water and ruggedness. Handles come either as red/black or black and red.
