The Boning Knife was designed to help you work through ingredients in your kitchen. With a narrow pointed blade it can help you spatchcock a chicken, or break down larger cuts of meat. We have seen them used to make a pineapple look pretty good also. Our boning knife is of a stiff construction. O1 high carbon tool steel was chosen for the “toothy” cut it provides, and ease of sharpening. The blade is coated black to prevent rust. G10 laminate for the handle was selected for it’s resistance to water and ruggedness. Handles come either as red/black or black and red. If you need some help breaking down meat in the kitchen or at the grill, you have found a new friend.
