Q. What should I use to maintain my knife?

A. Oiling your blade with a food safe mineral oil is the best way to keep your knife ready for peak performance and visual condition. Both the blade and handles will appreciate the care.  When washing try not to submerge the knife.  And never put your knife in a dishwasher.   That will most certainly damage the handles and dull the blade.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. At Jeb Taylor Knives we always proudly stand behind our work and want you to be comfortable with your purchase. In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 10 business days of receiving your product to initiate a refund, return, or exchange. Please contact us by email or phone prior to returning a product so we can keep a look out. When returning your knife please include name, phone number, email address, and mailing address in the return. Once we receive the product, it will be inspected and a refund or exchange will be issued at that time.

Q. What is your warranty?

A. Jeb Taylor Knives products come with a LIFETIME warranty for normal use. Products that have been damaged by user neglect or altered in any way are void of any warranty. Our knives are precision cutting tools, and are not intended to be used for prying, throwing, hammering, used as screwdrivers, or for anything other than cutting. All warranties are limited to the original owner. If for some reason, your knife is defective due to materials or workmanship, you can return it to us for repair. We will repair your knife, including parts and labor, or replace it with a new knife at our discretion.

I give a 100 % satisfaction guarantee within 10 days of receiving your new knife. This will not cover abuse, misuse, modification, or use other than the intended use of cutting.

Natural handle materials such as wood, bone, and horn may shrink, crack, and check, this is considered to be normal for these materials, and not a defect. If it affects the knife in such a way that it cannot be used then please contact me and give some details, as you may be entitled to a replacement or a repair.

Q. What is your shipping & cost?

A. Orders are shipped via UPS ground at  flat rate of $15.00. Canada & International (Anything outside the U.S.) shipping will be calculated and the billing difference will be on the purchaser.
International & Canada orders (Any orders outside the U.S.) should expect an additional wait time once item is shipped to clear through customs. We cannot control how long it will take your order to get through customs or whether it arrives safely.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items shipped outside United States.

  • A) Inside the U.S. – checks, Postal money orders, and Paypal (preferred) are accepted.
  • B) Outside the U.S. – Postal money orders, and Paypal (preferred) are accepted.
  • C) All orders from outside the U.S. must be made in U.S. funds.
